Announcement of the date, amount, procedure and deadline for the payment of dividends:
The Management Board of JSCB "Industrialbank" informs that the general meeting of participants of the Bank on April 20, 2018, approved the distribution of profit (coverage of losses) of the Bank for 2017.
According to this decision, JSCB "Industrialbank", as the legal successor in all rights and obligations of JSB "Express-Bank", pays dividends on preferred registered shares to the shareholders of JSB Express-Bank who had such shares as of 01.01.2018.
The payment will be made from the net profit of the reporting year and retained earnings of previous years in accordance with the charter of JSB "Express-Bank", within a period not exceeding six months after the end of the reporting year, in such sizes:
- series B exercise in the amount of 8.5% of the par value of the share, meets the terms of the share issue, i.e 27,97 hrv per one B series preference share;
- series С exercise in the amount of 17,0% of the par value of the share, meets the terms of the share issue, i.e 55,93 hrv per one С series preference share.
Payment of dividends on preferred shares will be carried out from May 24, 2018 to June 30, 2018, in accordance with the list of persons entitled to receive dividends as of January 01, 2018.
Dividends are paid out of the depository system.
To receive dividends, you must contact a depository institution or the Bank and submit the following documents:
1. Dividend application.
2. Copy of passport pages certified by the signature of the shareholder.
3. A copy of the document certifying the registration of an individual in the State Register of Individuals - Taxpayers, certified by the signature of the shareholder.
4. Account activation documents.
If the details of shareholders differ from those contained in the list of persons entitled to receive dividends, then these shareholders must provide originals or notarized copies of documents confirming the changes.
