Information on participation in the Deposit Guarantee Fund

FGVFO Industrialbank is a member of the Deposit Guarantee Fund for Individuals (see certificate below) - a state specialized organization whose main task is to protect the rights of individuals (depositors of commercial banks of Ukraine) by returning losses on deposits at the expense of the Fund.

On April 13, 2022, the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Ensuring the Stability of the Deposit Guarantee System for Individuals” No. 2180-IX of April 1, 2022 entered into force.
Maximum amount of reimbursement for deposits during martial law in Ukraine and three months from the date of termination or revocation of martial law in Ukraine The Fund reimburses each depositor of the bank in full, including interest accrued as of the end of the day procedures for withdrawal of a bank from the market, except for the cases provided for in part four of Article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Deposit Guarantee System of Individuals".

After three months from the date of termination or abolition of martial law in Ukraine, the amount of the maximum amount of reimbursement of deposits may not be less than 600 thousand hryvnias and may be increased by decision of the Board of Directors of the Fund.
