Starting from the reporting for 2016, the Bank prepares the consolidated financial statements of the Banking Group as part of the Public Joint-Stock Company of Joint-Stock Commercial Bank Industrialbank, Open Joint-Stock Company JSB Express-Bank, Insurance Company with additional liability Zapad-Reserve. As of December 31, 2017, the reorganization was carried out through the merger of the Open Joint Stock Company AB Express-Bank of the Public Joint Stock Company of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank Industrialbank. Starting from the reporting for 2018, the Bank prepares the consolidated financial statements of the Banking Group as part of the Public Joint Stock Company Joint Stock Commercial Bank Industrialbank and the Insurance Company with additional liability Zapad-Reserve.

From 24.12 .2020 by the decision of the NBU Committee on Supervision and Regulation of Banks, Supervision (oversight) of payment systems dated December 24, 2020 No.559, this Banking Group was terminated. Accordingly, reporting for 2020 and subsequent years does not add up.
